These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Triven ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptable Use

Alkemi is designed and provided strictly for educational and personal study purposes to assist Sri Lankan G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) chemistry students. Under these terms:

You may not use the Platform to systematically cheat in active examinations, national grade assessments or school tests.
You may not scrape, automate, or execute bulk scripted requests to harvest our proprietary material, chemistry diagrams, or route response systems.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, or exploit the platform servers.

2. Subscription Terms and Billing

We offer free usage tiers alongside paid subscription models (including **Plus** and **Pro** tiers) that offer expanded question limits and advanced tools.

Payment Processor: All subscription transactions, billing, and recurring licensing invoices are securely managed via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
Billing Cycles: Paid tiers are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule depending on the selection made at check-out. You represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment credentials.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your user settings dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features until the conclusion of your current billing period.

3. AI Content Accuracy Disclaimer

Alkemi leverages powerful Generative AI models (including Google Gemini) to analyze chemistry structures, mechanisms, and reaction equations. While we continually adjust and anchor the models to match the national Sri Lankan A/L syllabus, AI-generated answers can occasionally contain errors, hallucinations, or incomplete chemical steps.

Our AI content is not a substitute for official national textbooks, teacher-approved lesson plans, or direct verification against official Ministry of Education syllabi. You are solely responsible for cross-referencing and validating any answers obtained from Alkemi before relying on them on examinations. Triven assumes no responsibility or liability for academic marks, incorrect exam responses, or failures resulting from the use of Alkemi solutions.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete your Alkemi user account and block access to our servers at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we detect:

Repeated violations of our Acceptable Use parameters (automated querying, botting, server scraping).
Payment chargeback disputes or fraud indicators reported by Lemon Squeezy.
Abusive prompts or behaviors intended to break, manipulate, or degrade system-level safeguards.

5. Updates to Terms

We may modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will post any updates here on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been published constitutes your complete acceptance of the updated terms.
